Training
Resilience NI offers several training options. Below is a list of suggested trainings and what is taught in each. All of these can be tailored to you, your organisation or business, so if you do not see an option that fits your requirements, please contact me and we will find a training solution that meets your needs.
Training can be provided in one-to-one or group sessions, or a combination of group training with one-to-one follow-up via in-person, online or telephone meetings.
One-to-one Consultations
This session focuses on how the training can support you personally, to target those areas where you would like to build your resilience.
Two-hour Session
- Bite-size session looking at the scientific basis of how stress affects our body and mind.
- Introduction and examples of four of the six CRM skills to manage stress and build resilience.
- Question and Answer session.
Half-day Training (with a co-trainer)
- A thorough look at the science of how the body and mind are affected by stress.
- Introduction to all six CRM resilience skills.
- Opportunities to practice four of the six skills.
- An brief look at emotions, thoughts and memories.
- Question and Answer session.
- Optional one-to-one or group follow-up.
Full-day Training (with a co-trainer)
- A thorough look at the science of how the body and mind are affected by stress.
- Training in all six CRM resilience skills.
- A look at emotions, thoughts and memories in regards to stress and resilience.
- Learn skills to guide others in using CRM skills.
- Opportunities to practice all of the skills, including with colleagues.
- Interactive group work to strengthen the learning experience.
- Question and Answer session.
- Optional one-to-one or group follow-up.
- This training can be divided into two, half-day sessions.
